ProfilePROFILE
Many small rosettes of narrow leaves crowd together, filling the pot in a dense clump. The foliage is a deep, glossy green, with trichomes barely noticeable. The marginal teeth are small, following the curve of each leaf. Each rosette is small on its own, and the clustered, colony-like habit is itself the look of this species.
The range runs from south-western Rio Grande do Sul into the Uruguayan pampas (see “Species Distributions”).
