Long, narrow leaves open radially, tightening toward the centre. The leaf ground is a deep dark red, frosted with white trichomes along the margins and centre. The marginal teeth are white, fine and dense, edging each leaf in white. Bred by Bill Baker and registered in the Bromeliad Cultivar Register as BCR #9709.
