The leaves open radially in a rosette whose colour deepens from the centre outward. The outer leaves are a purple close to black with no conspicuous trichomes, in strong contrast to the bright green centre. The marginal teeth are small and pale, set in a dense row. An original cross by togenot., raised from the goehringii × ‘Heaven and Hell’ seedling grex (2023).
