Long, narrow leaves open densely in many directions, the centre furled tight like a spiral. The leaf ground is a deep, dark reddish brown, covered over with white trichomes that read whitest around the margins. The marginal teeth are long and white, curving inward and overlapping densely. A registered cultivar, listed in the Bromeliad Cultivar Register as BCR #16428, obtained from @aikcyd.
