ProfilePROFILE
Broad, thick leaves open radially around a tight centre. The leaf surface is a dark, glossy colour tinged with purple, with white trichomes remaining only in patches. The marginal teeth are white and firm, set at slight intervals. At the centre, white teeth layer over the dark new leaves, and the star shape stands out by that contrast alone.
